Denise is a Founder, Board Director, Advisory Council Member, and Governance Lead at Delivery Associates (DA), a global consultancy focused on social impact and effective delivery.

A founding member of Delivery Associates, Denise has played a pivotal role in the organisation’s evolution—from its early days to delivering projects in 39 countries and building a globally distributed team of over 250 people. Her expertise spans business growth, financial management, governance, risk, and impact.

Before Delivery , she spent five years as Business Manager to the Chief Education Advisor at Pearson, a leading global education company.

Denise holds an MSc in Management from Ashridge Business School.
